Terms & Conditions
Section I: A valid credit card must be on file for all reservations, regardless of method of payment. Full payment must be received prior to the start of the reservation. We accept cash, all major credit cards, Paypal, etc. Checks may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Section II: The client must be 18 years or older to make a reservation and 21 years or older to drink alcohol and is permitted to bring their own alcohol. However, there will be no excessive drinking while in the vehicle. Alcohol will be limited to the “mini” alcohol bottles, no beer. Due to state law, only “mocktails” will be provided by HenryJoyce for the clients' pleasure during their visit, along with water and other refreshments.
Section III: If our driver suspects that the client is not sober at the time of initial pick up, our driver may terminate service. If service is terminated, the client will be charged our 3hr minimum rate which is a fee of $255.00.
Section IV: If the driver suspects the client has had too much to drink when returning to the car during service and it is determined the client is a liability to the cleanliness of the vehicle and is a safety concern, the driver may at any time refuse transport. However, HenryJoyce will remain on site until the client obtains another mode of transportation. If the service is terminated, the client will not receive a refund.
Section V: There will be no marijuana smoking before getting into the vehicle and during the time of service at all. If conditions permit, cigarette/cigar/pipe smoking may be allowed on a case-by-case basis during the scheduled service while outside of the vehicle. Conditions may include weather, traffic, destination, length of reservation. Umbrellas will be available for our driver to protect the client from the inclement weather while outside the vehicle.
Section VI: There will be no pets, eating, smoking, yelling, cellphones on speaker, music playing loud, talking at a very high volume while in our luxury vehicle at all times. If the client persists in violating our policy, the client will receive a reminder from the driver reiterating our policy. If the client continues, the driver may at any time terminate service. HenryJoyce will remain on site until another mode of transportation is obtained by the client. If the service is terminated, the client will not receive a refund.
Section VII: The client must always be presentable and clean from time of pick up and at the conclusion of the reserved service. Dirty clothes, dirty shoes, sweaty appearances will be grounds for service to be terminated. If service is terminated at the time of pick up, the client will be charged our 3hr minimum rate which is a fee of $255.00. If service is terminated at any time during the reservation, the client will not receive a refund. However, HenryJoyce will remain on site until another mode of transportation is obtained by the client.
Section VIII: HenryJoyce will not provide service to and from unmaintained dirt roads, and/or roads that have not been cleared due to inclement/snowy weather and/or unmaintained dirt driveways or driveways that have not been cleared due to inclement/snowy weather. Please call for more clarification concerning this section, if necessary.
Section IX: HenryJoyce will not be held responsible for inclement weather conditions, traffic conditions, if the client is late, or any other uncontrollable circumstances that may result in a delay of service. Please call if you have any questions or concerns about your reservation due to the above circumstances. HenryJoyce will recommend the best options for the client to reach their destination safe and on time.
Section X: If it is determined the client is responsible for any vehicle damage, there will be additional fees, but not limited to the following:
$10 fee assessed for each broken or missing glass.
$50 for chewing gum, candy or other "snack food" embedded in the carpet.
$100 fee assessed for unapproved smoking in the vehicle.
$125 fee for extensive clean up (spills etc.)
$150 fee assessed for detailing/wax for any fluids/solids excreted by the body (intended or unintended) on the exterior of the vehicle.
$300 fee assessed for any fluids/solids excreted by the body (intended or unintended) while inside the vehicle.
Section XI: Any damage to the exterior or interior of vehicle due to client neglect, the fee will be determined after an estimate is acquired. The credit card on file will be charged for all damage incurred, unless another payment arrangement is accepted.
Section XII: The client agrees to hold HenryJoyce harmless and release HenryJoyce for all liability for any incidents, accidents or personal injury due to client irresponsibility and/or neglect.
Section XIII: If the client requests overtime or if overtime is necessary, the client will be charged in 60-minute (1hr) increments. However, the vehicle may be scheduled for another reservation. Please check with our driver to make sure the vehicle will be available for overtime if requested.
Section XIV: If canceling the reservation, the client must cancel within 72 hours prior to the scheduled pickup date for a full refund of any monies charged. If the 72 hour requirement cannot be met, please call HenryJoyce directly to obtain prior approval of cancellation and for consideration of either a full or partial refund.
Section XV: If HenryJoyce arrives at the pickup as scheduled and the client is a "no-call" or "no-show" prior to the scheduled time, our driver will wait for 30 minutes. If the client does not arrive within the 30 minute window and/or does not call within the 30 minute window, our driver will leave the location and the clients' credit card will be charged the full rate of the reservation. If the client arrives late and continues with the reservation, HenryJoyce will not be held responsible for the possibility of late arrival to the destination.
Section XVI: Luggage will be limited as well as the number of people when reserving our service. Please see our chart as to size and amount of luggage.
Section XVII: If an exception is made in reference to any of our listed policies, there may be an additional charge.
Section XVIII: HenryJoyce Luxury Transportation LLC is not responsible for any articles left in the vehicle.
Section XIX: ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
By moving forward with our service, you authorize that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of your reservation.
