Terms & Conditions
Section I: A valid credit may be required to have on file when making a reservation. Full payment must be received prior to the start of the reservation unless another agreement is made. Checks may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Section II: The client must 18 years or older to make a reservation and 21 years or older to drink alcohol. Due to state law, HenryJoyce cannot provide alcohol, however the client can buy their own and enjoy a drink or two while in the vehicle. HenryJoyce appreciates no excessive drinking while in the vehicle or at any time during the reservation.
Section III: There will be no smoking while inside the vehicle, this includes marijuana, cigarettes, cigars, etc.
Section IV: HenryJoyce maintains a quiet and professional atmosphere while inside our vehicles. Please, no loud music, no phones on speaker, no yelling, no pets.
Section V: HenryJoyce expects the client to maintain a presentable appearance and demeanor throughout the entire reservation.
Section VI: HenryJoyce will not provide service on unmaintained dirt roads or roads and/or driveways that have not be cleared due to inclement/snowy weather. Please check with HenryJoyce before making a reservation if any further clarification is necessary.
Section VII: HenryJoyce will not be held responsible for inclement weather conditions, traffic conditions, if the client is late, or any other uncontrollable circumstances that may result in a delay of service. Please call if you have any questions or concerns about your reservation due to the above circumstances. HenryJoyce will recommend the best options for the client to reach their destination safe and on time.
Section VIII: Any damage to the exterior or interior of vehicle due to client neglect, fees will be incurred and will vary according to the extent of damage to the vehicle. HenryJoyce will "brief" the client in a professional and welcoming manner as to what is expected during the reservation.
Section IX: The client agrees to hold HenryJoyce harmless and release HenryJoyce of all liability for any incidents, accidents or personal injury due to client irresponsibility or uncontrollable circumstances, which may include accidents at no fault of HenryJoyce, during the entirety of the reservation.
Section X: If the client requests overtime or if overtime is necessary, the client will be charged in 60-minute (1hr) increments. However, the vehicle may be scheduled for another reservation. Please check with HenryJoyce to make sure the vehicle will be available for overtime if requested.
Section XI: If canceling the reservation, the client must cancel within 72 hours prior to the scheduled pickup date for a full refund of any monies charged. If the 72 hour requirement cannot be met, please call HenryJoyce directly to obtain prior approval of cancellation and for consideration of either a full or partial refund.
Section XII: If HenryJoyce arrives at the pickup as scheduled and the client is a "no-call" or "no-show" prior to the scheduled time, our driver will wait for 30 minutes. If the client does not arrive within the 30 minute window and/or does not call within the 30 minute window, our driver will leave the location and the clients' credit card will be charged the full rate of the reservation. If the client arrives late and continues with the reservation, HenryJoyce will do its best to arrive at the destination on time, however, HenryJoyce will not be held responsible for the possibility of late arrival to the destination.
Section XIII: Luggage will be limited as well as the number of people when reserving our service. Please see our chart as to size and amount of luggage.
Section XIV: If an exception is made in reference to any of our listed policies, there may be an additional charge.
Section XV: HenryJoyce is not responsible for any articles left in the vehicle. However, HenryJoyce will check the vehicle before the client leaves the vehicle and confirm if any items were left in the vehicle.
Section XVI: HenryJoyce reserves the right to cancel the reservation at any time if it is determined the client is a safety concern due to negligent or disrespectful behavior. If the reservation is canceled on site before or during the reservation, there will be no refund issued for the remainder of the reservation.
Section XIX: ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
By moving forward with our service, you authorize that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of your reservation.
